An original handprinted linocut, depicting The smoking Caterpillar from Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland". I just loved that book when I was growing up! Love it even more now.
Based on my original drawing, carved on a block of Lino, inked with a roller and handprinted with a glass barren on premium printmaking paper Zerkall (acid-free and resistant to ageing).

Oil-based Cranfield ink on premium printmaking paper Zerkall.
